Long Island Maternity Photography LI “An absolutely amazing woman…”
These beautiful maternity photographs were taken mere hours before this amazing woman gave birth to a beautiful, healthy baby girl. And believe it or not, they were shot on a dark & stormy night in a hospital room at North Shore LIJ….
I’ve worked with hundreds of women over past 10 years, each remarkable in her own way. But one woman I’ve worked with stands out…for her against-the-odds determination and beautiful poise under pressure. For a little background, my client spent the last several months of her pregnancy at North Shore LIJ Hospital on bed-rest. She had always wanted professional maternity photographs and wasn’t about to let a little thing like being stuck in the hospital get in her way. No Sir. With help from a group of amazing nurses, doctors and an incredibly accommodating hospital administration, we were able to temporarily transform an unfilled hospital room into a professional photography studio. Add in a great hair & make-up stylist and an infectiously positive mother-to-be and well…I think I’ll just let the beautiful maternity photos speak for themselves.
